Nov 2023: I had a recent problem with the exhaust motor failing on my Lennox furnace bought and installed from Schomberg Sheet Metal in January 2017, and Navid came to diagnose the problem. He did a great job of this, and I had a warranty replacement of the fan so I only had to pay for the service call and the diagnostic call!
Thanks very much to the office staff for this and to Navid for the prompt and friendly service!! Great work and thanks again!!

I cannot say enough good things about Schomberg Sheet Metal! Beau and Lucas were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work, service, pricing and entire experience from Amy on the calls, to Matt and John on site. Everyone was excellent.  A real human answers the phone, hears your concerns and sends someone to come and deal with issue efficiently and effectively. Safety & Combustion

☐ Inspect accessible primary and secondary heat exchanger surfaces for damage, corrosion, and signs of leakage.
☐ Perform combustion analysis to assess burner performance.
☐ Check carbon monoxide levels around the furnace during operation.
☐ Check accessible furnace gas connections for leaks.
☐ Verify applicable gas pressures against manufacturer specifications.
☐ Check safety controls using manufacturer-approved procedures.

Burners & Ignition

☐ Inspect burners and clean as required.
☐ Check ignition and flame stability.
☐ Inspect and clean the flame sensor as appropriate.
☐ Check the ignition system and gas valve operation.

Venting & Combustion Air

☐ Inspect accessible exhaust and combustion-air piping and connections.
☐ Check outdoor intake and exhaust openings for obstructions.
